Clients walk through the 3D and realize the kitchen wants to be on the other side of the living room. Or the master needs to move. Or the windows want to be wider. We catch those decisions on screen — not as a $40K change order halfway through framing.
The schedule is ours to keep
Most schedule slips come from waiting on outside trades. We own framing, finish carpentry, electrical (CMB Electric), and HVAC. When the schedule is ours, it's ours to keep.
